I was reading that Vince Gironda recommended doing incline dumbbell bench presses with palms facing inwards (like a hammer grip) as the usual grip (palms facing forwards) puts more emphasis on the delts.
Does anyone on here use this method for dbell bench pressing? |

I go in between the two, I just press were feels most natural and strongest.

Thats what Im doing at the moment as palms facing forwards seem to be giving my wrists a bit of a hammering.

I've always done Incline on the lowest setting possible. Layne aka Str8flexed advises this too
